Onsite Assistance Many employers are on the cusp.  They have grown to a point where professional human resources assistance is needed.  Yet, they prefer to wait before increasing staff.  CSi offers the ability for you to utilize our staff onsite.  We offer several alternatives designed to meet your needs and budget.  A typical arrangement is to have a CSi professional onsite for 8 hours a month.  In addition, the client is also entitled to a further 8 hours of offsite consulting or services.
