Paul J. Gonzales is our Managing Principal. He founded Compensation Services in 1995. His personal clients include some of the largest and best managed employers in the nation. He has thirty plus years experience in human resources and compensation, holding Vice President and Director level responsibilities in verious industries. He has a Master of Management Degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. Mr. Gonzales is an adjunct Professor at both the undergraduate and Graduate levels, with several Universities where he has designed and taught courses in Human Resources Management and Compensation and Benefits. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and roundtables. He also has international experience, including serving as the Co-Host of the First Sino-American Human Resources Symposium in Beijing, China. He is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Central Florida Compensation & Benefits Association and the Central Florida Human Resources Association.
